Today UX is used as a proven method to define the right strategy and products by tackling the real problem: Company Culture is about to get this huge impact, when done right!

From my point of view UX is the strategical key element to set the stage for maximum business value in any section. But as we know so far, Design is hard to measure at this point. The benefits and ROI are about to proof the     MORE
intense process of research, which is the foundation of every good Strategy. Today a growing design-focused philosophy transcends UX-Strategy as a major role, imparting a way of new thinking and working. State of the art hands-on methods simplify and empower teams to learn to bring ideas to life on a fast pace. It is a core competence to accept more ambiguity, embracing risk, reset expectations and avoid false consensus especially for leadership roles. Move from products to services, from money-driven to design-driven, from physical to digital. A company also needs to be enabled and designed to focus anew on inventions and on New UX. Design Strategy as a process is a weapon to do the right things right.

WELL, THIS IS ME

Falls es doch wichtig sein sollte, meine Muttersprache ist Deutsch und meine Arbeit nehme ich sehr ernst, mich selbst aber nicht zu wichtig. Ich hab 2006 in Köln den Diplom-Designer gemacht und dort einige Jahre als UX-Designer (früher Usability Engineer) gearbeitet und definiere jetzt 2024 Design als wichtigstes strategisches Differenzierungsmerkmal. Curiousity and passion is what drives me every day to learn more about mindset and behavior. I am very good in defining UX Strategy & Design Operations. For that I collaborate closely with all stakeholders, especially the board, try to get the business scope right and help to define the concept strategy & mission for actionable design steps.

Design Thinking is one method for me to get a holistic view on all needs of all participants “THE WHY”, before defining a UX Strategy “THE WHAT”. Then we create the concept of “THE HOW”. This “how” defines the way how to nail the solutions on the users needs. A lot of conversations and huge sets of Know How as a team 🦾 make the right things right.

When I don’t work, I do a lot of sports and gaming. This keeps my mind in harmony and gives me the peace, freedom and the power to be always kind and happy with all of my environment. Looking with big bright eyes at this amazing world, with all of it’s beauty and freaking wonders.
My motorbike is my weak spot 🙂
